We will begin by connecting to our bodies through breathwork, focusing on spine mobility, body weight, and overall availability.

We’ll use yoga flows to ease into these elements, creating a grounded and fluid starting point.

After this, we’ll dive into choreography that explores the dynamic balance between tension and release, with a deep focus on floorwork.

クラスでは、まず初めに呼吸と共に身体に意識を向け、身体の背面の可動域、身体の重さ、そして身体全体へとフォーカスしていきます。

ヨガの流れを使って徐々にこれらの動きを取り入れつつ、床を感じコンテンポラリーダンスの始点となる基盤を作っていきます。

十分なアップのち、テンション（張り）とリリース（緩み）を繰り返しダイナミックな動きを取り入れたり、フロアワークを使う様なコンビネーションに入っていきます。

Anne Fotso is a contemporary dancer and choreographer based in Paris France.

She is recently took part of the Paris Olympic Games as Alexander Ekman chroreographic assistant, dancer and dance captain of the 150 dancers that performed at the Paralympic Opening Ceremony at Place de La Concorde on August 28th. She worked closely with the choreographer, in the creation of the ceremony from scratch and auditioned more than 1000 dancers for the Olympic and Paralympics opening ceremonies.

She performed the work of many influential choreographers such as Alexander Ekman, Damien Jalet, Nicolas Huchard, Leo Walk, Mehdi Kerkouche, for fashion commercials, events and editos (Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Dior, Off-White, Vogue, Tatler, Brunello Cucinelli, Sézane, Nike, Technal, etc.), music videos and TV programs (Angèle, Amir) and films (Emilia Perez from Jacques Audiard).

At present, she is working as an independent choreographer and dancer. Her work includes creating dance pieces for media campaigns, events and short films for brands. Her style merges different backgrounds such as contemporary dance, floorwork and ballet.

To nourish her craft, Anne trains alongside major choreographers such as Damien Jalet (Belgium) or more recently Jacob Jonas (USA).

Anne is also a teacher for different dance trainings in Paris such as Lax Studio, Ciné Danse Academy, Néodance.

アレクサンダー・エクマン振付アシスタント、ダンサー、そして8月28日にコンコルド広場で行われたパラリンピック開会式でパフォーマンスした150人のダンサーのダンスキャプテンとしてパリオリンピックに参加。

オリンピックとパラリンピックの開会式のために1000人以上のダンサーのオーディションも行った。

彼女はファッションコマーシャル、イベント、エディット（ルイ・ヴィトン、エルメス、ディオール、オフホワイト、ヴォーグ、タトラー、ブルネロ・クチネリ）でアレクサンダー・エクマン、ダミアン・ジャレ、ニコラ・ユシャール、レオ・ウォーク、メディ・ケルクシュなど、多くの影響力のある振付師の作品を演じた。その他、ミュージックビデオとテレビ番組（Angèle、Amir）、映画（Jacques AudiardのEmilia Perez）。などにも出演している。

現在は独立した振付家、ダンサーとして活動している。

主な活動は、メディアキャンペーン、イベント、ブランドのショートフィルム用のダンス・振付など。

主なジャンルは、コンテンポラリーダンス、フロアワーク、バレエなどのさまざまな背景を融合させている。

ダミアン・ジャレ氏（ベルギー）や、最近ではジェイコブ・ジョナス氏（米国）などの主要な振付師の元で踊りつつ、

Lax Studio、Ciné Danse Academy、Néodance など、パリの様々なスタジオでもインストラクターを務めている。
